I've used Zoom Food 3 times now and I've never had the food within the hour as they advertise. I'm currently an hour and 10 minutes waiting for the food I ordered with no sign of an "On the way" email. Saying that, I think it's a good service, the delivery drivers I've encountered have been lovely! I would use this service again all the time in replacement of Just Eat but I would just warn people to anticipate waiting longer than the hour that they advertise. Best advice to Zoom food is to do away with your "Within the hour" Slogan and just run the good service you do advertise. People may get less annoyed if they prepare themselves for longer waits on food!

Ordered a few seperate times with this company. My partner also worked for them for a while. Very shady company. Orders randomyl get rejected but wont tell you until half an hour after youve been waiting. Prices are all higher than usual for all the food everywhere and theyll slap a fiver delivery charge on top.

Worst online delivery company I have ever used, ordered food at 14.30 got a call at 15.00 to be told they had no drivers and my food would be delivered at 17.00. Surprise surprise my food had still not arrived, after contacting them they informed me my delivery would now be at 18.00, at this point I politely told them what they could do with the order.
After a pathetic offer of 15% off my next order I was still not impressed, as this would be pointless because I definately would not be using them again.
So now I have to wait how many days for my refund to hit my bank.
Shame I didn't check out other reviews first.
By far the worst company I have dealt with in years.

We’ve used Zoom a lot. Used to be really impressed with them - quick delivery and excellent service. Unfortunately, their service has totally slipped - they clearly don’t have the number of drivers they need to meet the increased demands, due to coronavirus (happy to take the increase in profits though, of course). If you’re going to put ‘1hr’ in the name of your business (and charge nearly £5 for the service), you really ought to deliver! For three consecutive orders, we have received our food WAY after an hour. This current order was placed 90 mins ago and I’m yet to receive the text confirming it is on its way. Not good enough, sadly.

The Zoom app delivered my much needed late night shopping I ordered from Co-Op Redditch earlier tonight. I was impressed with how very quickly the shopping I ordered was delivered and I got to say the guy who delivered the shopping has a great attitude and was very polite, a great ambassador for the company. Would highly recommend this service to anyone. Keep up the good work, cheers!

This company is a complete joke. I would leave a zero star rating if possible. No communication what so and when you do send them a message they don't even have the decency to reply. Zoom 1hr, yeah right zoom show up when ever they want with cold food. Stay well clear of these as they don't care about the customer only lining there pockets. No refund or money off further orders just a complete disgrace of a company.

Take your order and payment, store can't deliver a so you're stuck with a 4-5 day refund period, in addition my wife ordered separately and her order took in excess of 90mins!! don't say you can provide a service if you clearly can't.

This company were good in the early days but I will be deleting the app once I've confirmed the refund.

Very poor service. And you Don’t get a refund for any rejected orders,
I had a order rejected from Big All,s Llay. Nr Wrexham. April 14. I paid £15 for that order but never received a refund. I’ve tried ringing and texting and emails. But never get a reply' Frustrating to say the least..
