We recently used this company for a move and it was awful.
They changed the price from £650 to £750 for the initial 5 hours of removals on the day that we wanted to book them.
The guy seemed nice enough and came across friendly and professional so we went with it! Based on the reviews we trusted this company to assist us with our move.
When the day to move came 2 men arrived with a van, they came across totally inexperienced and were working at an extremely slow place. They damaged the stairway on our new home and damaged multiple pieces of furniture. We were charged £1000 in total for a job which took longer then it should have and damages which will cost us a small fortune to repair. They literally threw our stuff out into the garage which caused even more damage. Save your money and go to a reputable place or get friends and family to help instead. My father and uncles would have done a better job but we trusted the reviews and the guy we initially spoke to who went by the name of Kal! Even the estate agent who picked up the keys from me was shocked at how inexperienced and slow they were.
The pictures below speak for themselves with how they handled our furniture and goods! One picture shows how they packed their van and the other of my garage where they literally threw our stuff into.

Amazing service with Z5 logistics , I got through to them last minute and it was the best decision. Spoke with Kal and he was so helpful throughout the whole process, available to pick calls and not to mention surprisingly pleasant & funny.
On the day I was to move, the driver arrived on time , I wasn’t completely ready but he was so patient , helped me move everything , got me there in one piece, no damage whatsoever to my things, trip was peaceful and helped me offload when I got to my destination. Another green flag was the cost, it was so convenient for everything I had to carry and they even let me carry my bicycle.

These guys have been absolutely amazing. They supported a pack and move service at really short notice and their pricing was genuinely better than any others we'd found. Kal helped us navigate the whole thing with excellent communication and really worked hard to accommodate everything we needed. The gents that came to help us with the physical move were so happy to help and worked tirelessly the whole time.

I honestly have no intention of having to move again but if we did, these are the first and only team I'd use.

Couldn't recommend z5 enough. I called yesterday morning to see if it would be possible to deliver a sofa from Liverpool to London as soon as possible. They accepted the job on the spot and gave me an incredibly reasonable quote there and then. In addition they offered me same day delivery - I couldn't quite believe it. They collected the sofa the same evening I called and delivered it the following day in a prompt and incredibly communicative manner. The guys carried the sofa to our third floor flat with no problems what so ever. Would absolutely use z5 again - its just a shame they're not local to me!
