Only tried to deliver some pallets here and was sat for over 2 hours before anyone even come out. Tried to ask a manager if there was anyone to tip he just said "soz mate, we have time sensitive loads. Shit happens" then walked off. Surely they have more than 1 forklift?

Nice friendly staff and security, they will off load you quickly if there is no other trucks waiting in front of you .
The toilet I in door C (near door B ) up the steps threw the door turn right under the steps and thew the other door .
There is canteen upstairs with vending machines.

All the staff here are very helpful, polite and friendly and if you're a new driver like myself the bays are easily accessible.

Had an experience here with one member of staff who was very rude to me. Shouting and screaming down phone. Very unprofessional. However reception staff were friendly and helpful. So probably just one bad apple
