The first collection was fine of garden fencing, wouldn't take ivy covered ones. So removed ivy, contacted had to wait over a week. Contacted on the day, had decided it wasn't worth the bother. Even suggested hiring a skip instead, am disabled so not possible. Will never ever use again, unreliable and fickle. Have warned owner he was getting a bad review
