Scruffy store, boxes and loose recycling everywhere, my disabled husband couldn’t even make up most of the aisles, it’s dangerous. with rude staff that couldn’t care less and it isn’t even very cheap! Asked someone where I could find something and she replied “I don’t know I’m new” then turned & walked away! We stood there bemused before walking out empty handed. I don’t understand how it’s even a thing? Found what we needed in Poundland a few stores up with friendly staff and cheaper prices.

What a mess this shop is, health and safety need to come and have a look in here, boxes blocking aisles pushchairs or wheelchairs wouldn't be able to get through. Trip hazards. I also noticed as I walked out the cctv wasn't on maybe because the shop was in such a state and shouldn't be open. Staff obviously don't care

Extremely rude staff. I was shouted away from the door for asking if they close soon before entering, it was 15 minutes before closing time and after i walked away from the front of the store 2 people entered unchallenged. They were better dressed than me and slightly older so i can imagine that may have played a part. Unfortunately the area does not have many options for shopping so i will most likely visit again, hopefully the two member of staff working tonight were just having a bad day.

If I could give -0000 I would. I stood waiting in the que for 10 minutes whilst the staff were focusing on some Santa toy behind the till, all talking and laughing as if they don’t have a job to do, there were approximately 3-4 of them. eventually when I had to walk Over to ask to be served no good afternoon how are you greet. Nothing but miserable workers, didn’t say anything to me not even a bye thank you. Disgusting customer service! Especially the younger girl with black hair, smile once in a while and actually do your job…!

Good range of products in store if you need to pick up and item. Needed screen cleaner and gloves. Screen cleaner was a supermarket brand with lable covered and gloves cheaper than Internet. Outside path narrow when the store display items on pavement and people stand in way.
Store use one way system to make sure everyone follow same route, until exiting the store be prepared and ensure you keep your distance and wear a mask and sanitise, as other people will use same entrance to entre. It would make sense to use other entrance at rear of store?
Staff are friendly, polite and always appear to be busy when working in store, but they will help you if required. Always worth a look as you never know what in store as stock changes weekly and you be surprised.
Update from yesterday's visit on 26th A7gust 23, needed a few items and found them, cheaper than others and you never know what else you may find. Stock is changing every week, staff friendly and helpful Only grip is having a one way system and wanting to look at items in the queue, without having other walking past or asking you if you are in the queue. Hopefully this changed some time and then they considrr moving the electrical supplies, pet supplies and sweets, other items from this area. Would be real opportunity to lose items if not secured in pockets ?

Up to now have always been content. Today I bought 2 items, but for some reason never got them back, but did pay for them. Rang them to say missing, ' not here, don't know what to suggest'. Put onto the manager who pretty much reiterated those comments. When he asked what I wanted him to do I suggested replace them replace them. 'Why, you have obviously misplaced them'. The fact all the purchases went into one bag and they were not misplaced and immediately went into our car parked outside the shop in the bay was of no consequence. It isn't the money, it was only £2, but the immediate 'attack/defence', 'you have lost them that made me see red. I don't lie to try to get something for nothing. I work for myself and wouldn't have given a request such as this a second thought. Customer care ZERO, no more for me.

Great place for all sorts of nick nacks. They have everything from pet supplies to clothing. The staff are friendly and helpful with enquiries.
