I sincerely advise to everyone DO NOT use this service! My parcel was a week late and more then a week of no update. I have been contacting their live chat to get the same answer for DAYS! They do not do ANYTHING! They just say rest assured we are looking into this. Please wait for update.
And they say the same thing day by day with still no update and no one cares! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU DONT ABSOLUTELY NEED TO!

States that my parcel was due on the 17th July (15:43 - 17:43) and shows me the drivers location. The driver went on a very inefficient route, and avoided my house, despite delivering one street away. My parcel did not arrive. This is terrible service, why give a date and time range if you cannot meet your own deadline.

The next day, I have been given a new timeframe, and the driver has still not arrived within the given timeframe. The driver has been 'your next stop' for over an hour, but the driver is only a 5 minute walk away. Turns out, the driver isn't even there. Despite the Yodel staff saying that I can walk to him and get the parcel.

Yodel, this is deeply appalling.

Disgusting customer service. Drivers are totally useless and lazy. Claimed they “attempted” delivery three times. Total liars. I was home all three times and the driver never came anywhere near my house. On one of these attempts they claimed to have “missed me” before my delivery slot even began
They then said the only option was to collect my parcel from the depot 1.5 hours away from where I live. I don’t drive so had to get an uber which cost me £30.
The man I spoke to at reception insisted the driver tried to deliver my parcel. No apology given whatsoever.
My parcel was extremely heavy and being 7 months pregnant, was very dangerous for me to carry. This did not phase the yodel staff. The most disgraceful “customer service” I have ever experienced.

They returned my parcel without informing anything to me. I waited weeks for it and got it at a discounted price. Never gonna use this courier again. I reported it on the selling app too. Thank you for your worst service.🫡

A driver from Waltham Cross depot left two packages on the pavement outside my building where they were subsequently stolen. I live on a main road next to a retail park and a bus stop so there is heavy footfall. I was home at the time but he made no attempt to enter the building. By the time I received a notification an hour later and ran outside - they were gone. Customer services refused to acknowledge it was an unsafe location and that the delivery instructions weren’t followed. As far as they’re concerned they were delivered to the location!

Utterly appalled by the horrendous service I have received. My parcel has been shown as delivered to some 'concierge' 11 WHOLE miles away from the delivery address. How does yodel get it so incredibly wrong? Customer service are useless: 'the parcel shows as being delivered'. Well, would I be in contact if I'd received it? Told I would be contacted within 24 hours and wasn't. What a joke. I have no idea how Yodel is still in business, bottom of the barrel courtier, dare I say even worse than EVRi

Parcel 87RKK5579827AO35 the driver who attempted delivery is a fraud. On the 11/06/2025 I was at home waiting for my parcel, the driver didn't came to my address he filed attempt delivery. Parcel H05QTA0042183246 I diverted delivery to the shop in my area. Why the parcel is not delivered for two days now? I'm really disappointed with your driver in ilford. Please replace him. Incompetent and not reliable.

Delivered my package to the wrong house entirely wasn’t even in the right area clearly , the proof of delivery picture wasn’t even my door. even though my address was written clearly on it. God knows if I’ll ever get it back but that’s £50 gone down the drain.😪 you’d think if they couldn’t contact me they simply wouldn’t just give my parcel to someone else.
