Well, this company excels in failure. Parcel sent to a customers address and returned after nearly 4 weeks. A courier company that fails to deliver a parcel? Apparently it was my fault for not keeping an eye on the tracking. Considering the tracking is not live and no-one tried to contact me or recipient, given that this is a post mortem exercise I'm not sure what else I could do. The address was correct and strangely the address on the parcel was the one I used to find the house when I went there and I'm no courier. Crap company and shocking service.

Could not fault Heathfield. My parcel has been a nightmare from the sender, for here and the lovely gentleman tracked my parcel in the depot and went through both cages to get it for me. The gentleman was called Nigel and he was absolutely brilliant! He deserves recognition for his help! I am really grateful we go away Monday and we needed this parcel that was ordered 3 weeks ago with a company.

I'm fed up with yodel you have delivered my Herbalife parcels to the wrong house, that's £150 worth of my products. My address clearly states flat 6 BELMONT HOUSE... I'm pissed off as this is the 2nd time your drivers have messed my order.... This is not my front door... I want a contact number where I can speak to someone right now?

Non existent customer service! Doesn’t even deserve 1star. I have just wasted 2hours of my life chasing my tail. There is no one to speak to. I am livid. I have been using yodel for several years and I have always been happy with their service. Not anymore. I am shocked and disappointed, this is what happens when companies become too big, they stop offering a quality service.

I don't know why anyone uses this bunch of clowns. Multiple times when we've ordered goods they say they " tried to deliver but were unable to" when we have been home and know that nobody has been near. Always a problem with our address, they always say it isn't correct. All other couriers deliver here, and to the rest of this road regularly. Today was about the 5th or 6th time Yodel have failed to deliver, using false reasons and lying about attempting to deliver without even coming into our road. Useless and not even worthy of 1 star.

Staggering incompetence. You would be better delivering it yourself! Had repeated delays. Then they changed my address not me, so I had to change it back. Then they said they’d missed me again! Must be using those invisible delivery drivers as my home cameras picked nothing up at all on each occasion. My lesson learned is to check the delivery company used by a seller before buying from them!

Driver supposedly attempted to deliver my item and was unable to as I wasn’t home. I was waiting for the parcel outside and nobody ever came. No ability to redeliver the same day, no customer service to talk to. A waste of a day and a massive frustration, probably due to a lazy driver

Had an expensive appliance due for delivery today, Yodel tried delivering to the wrong address which was obviously rejected. No attempt was made to call or find the correct address and the status was set to "rejected by customer" which closed down any options for redelivery. You literally have one job!
