The guys at Yes Recovery were great when I broke down. The pick up was arranged promptly and the truck driver called to say he was on his way. After getting me home safely, he even checked the car over and advised what he believed caused the fault. I would have been stranded for hours were it not for Yes Recovery. I'd recommend them 100%

First time coming across YES Recovery, the driver Sandy was friendly helpful and informative and kept me up to date with each step of the process. What a day we had today. (20/10/24)
On return from our holiday our car broke down while towing our caravan leaving us stranded on the M8 60miles from home.
Called my recovery and George from YES RECOVERY called within 10 mins to say he was on his way to us. We were stuck on the M8 at Bathgate and we needed to get to Cumnock. We were told to expect a 2-3 hr wait.
George was on scene in 1hr 35 mins.

Took great care of my family and our car and caravan which are our pride and joy.
Delivered to our front door and even had a Quick Look at the car to try and diagnose the problem with no ask for anything extra.

In the middle of storm Ashley we were in safe hands with George at the wheel.

George is an absolute gentleman, my 81 year old Dad had a minor accident and needed his car recovering from a busy road, i think George heard the concern in my voice and acted very quickly, within 40 minutes of my phone call to Yes my Dad had been met by the friendly smiling George and was safe and sound in the recovery truck.
Very competitive prices and friendly but professional service. Thanks very much.
