The guys who moved us were a great bunch, nothing to much trouble. The moved us from a 3 bed bungalow to 2 beds 4th floor flat.. cheers guys a great job thanks. They collected boxes when finished

Clevedon site.
Excellent service via phone from Wendie. Fully explained the process and was very flex with start dates.
Code sent through as explained on morning of the start date. Clevedon site was easy to find, easy to access and so easy to unload and store into the facility with the available trolleys and lift. Lock up itself was clean and easy to access.
Overall, an excellent service, competitive price and would definitely use again.
Highly recommend.

Would Highly Recommend Yeates Self Storage.
Had a few House Effects in storage at Yeates Clevedon Branch over the Summer. Found the staff very helpful and the facility very clean and well maintained. Was updated when the lift might not be working due to maintenance etc. Overall a very good experience at resonable prices in a modern safe environment.

Had the unit for over a year, and couldn't fault them. Unit was clean and tidy when I started renting it. The staff were always polite and friendly when I needed to talk/contact them.
Only downside I have is the access times, no entry after 8pm unless prior notice, sometimes I wanted to get in after. But that's just a very small issue. But overall very happy with them. Would recommend

We rented a self storage room for an initial two months during the summer to store household items during house alterations. A range of interior storage rooms were available and we selected a large room. We required a rent extension for several weeks and the friendly staff arranged this without any problem. Access was secure and the cleanliness of the facilities excellent. The access and parking area was close to the storage entrance which is important during inclement weather or moving heavy objects. When we required assistance from the Yeates staff they were always helpful and courteous. We have no hesitation in recommending Yeates self storage.

Excellent storage unit, best in Weston! Really helpful staff and very understanding. Had a great offer when I first got there and the business lounge was incredibly useful for doing stuff on my laptop in a quiet place. Really tidy and well secured. Felt like my stuff was safe. As with all storage units it became pricey but for my needs and the time I needed it for it as well worth it. Thanks guys!

I used the Clevedon unit which has been convenient for me. Simple application, approval charges, contract etc and the team are just brilliant to deal with. I've moved units without fuss. Monthly charges are pro-rata based on use. The units are sparkling, appear new and immaculate. Security is great and controls over storage conditions are excellent. Highly recommend.
