Worst place in the UK my driver was 15 minutes late they had him sat there nearly 2 hours before they rejected the load ‘for being late’. Then spent nearly 24 hours trying to rebook constantly being told they will accept delivery just for them to reject it again. Cost me an absolute fortune and we are only a small business. They don’t care and we will never be returning again. Businesses like these ruin the industry, its always one rule of them and another for us if they were running late it wouldn’t be a problem would it. DUMP

Tipped here twice. Both times I had 3 pallets.

The first time took 6 hours! Ruined the rest of my deliveries and had to drive 4 hours all the way back to the Yard with almost a full trailer still.

Second time (today) took 3 hours. Not as bad, but still unacceptable for 3 pallets and has again caused me to meet nothing but hassle for the rest of my day due to being so behind.

No communication. Empty bays. Toilets are far upstairs (have fun if you struggle phyaically). Not sure why it's so slow here and I don't get why my company continues to do business here when it's causing us to miss deliveries and be another truck down who can't do a collection on the way back to Suffolk.

Today fairly quick...just 2 hours...thing that makes it easy is a trailer with breakfast and hot drinks... Attended to well by educated transport office..
