We send out about 100 boxes a week with YDL - absolutely top notch service, will bend over backwards to help, drivers all polite, friendly and efficient - a pleasure to work with. Problems (inevitable but rare) dealt with promptly with top notch immediate communication. We worked with an APC depot in another part of the country for 3 years and the overall service was similar - but communication was often delayed or impossible (phone going to answerphone, no reply to emails, etc). That's what has impressed us most about YDL, and Oscar in particular.
Customers reading these reviews should bear in mind that customers posting a bad review after not having a parcel delivered properly are talking about 1 incident out of probably 1000s of deliveries per week... I'm talking about 4 issues from 100s of deliveries so far - all dealt with promptly and efficiently... Couldn't be more impressed with the company so far.

Terrible experience, tracked the van driving a quarter mile past my house and back to the depot all within my delivery window. After a week of no communication or empty promises I said would it help if I went to the depot to collect. Ended up going through cages myself, my parcel was missing but judging by the state of them it would have been broken at best

How is it possible that the person that answered the phone tells me the parcel hasn't arrive in the depot and I had to ask the sender and 10 minutes later there driver delivered it at my house telling me HE found it that morning on the depot floor.?

Waste of bloody space company like most of their customers have stated! Phoned see where my parcels are & after numerous calls & unable to leave a message, I got thru to Sales who took my number with a promise to return my call. They are now closed till Monday & my poor son has sat in all day for me as I had to go to hospital for an operation. So I'd miss the delivery. Only they haven't been (even tho its out for delivery). So one day lost & numerous wasted calls as stuck now!!

My delivery still hasn't arrived after 3 days. I keep receiving notifications about different delivery times which has meant I've been waiting in for nothing. No tracking available, customer services are a nightmare to get hold of as no one answers and when you do you're just told the parcel is with the driver and will definitely be delivered. I understand its difficult times for deliveries but this company are actually just completely incompetent at providing a decent service.

Still no parcels!!
Terrible customer service..
Didn't communicate with retailer on days they weren't delivering, no communication with me that the original requested date wasnt available so I sat in all day for nothing, when attempting to call them to arrange alternate delivery they declined the call, when attempting to rearrange delivery for specific time/date over email they just disregarded that information and said they were attempting delivery on that day they emailed.
Still havn't recieved my parcels after I've waited in all morning just incase they took my requested time and date into consideration and still no response.

Supposedly called at my house but no one in!
I sat at home waiting for delivery ONE ONE CALLED , even though the depot told me I had “ BEEN CARDED”
With a black photo with flash in corner !
They promised the parcel next . Again sat waiting for them Same result “NO ONE Called”
Rand depot they promised it was on its way STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED is four days LATE
THEY SAY IT EILL BE DELIVERED TODAY BUT I WONT HOLD MY BREATH!
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE !!

Great service. Called local depot to ask when parcel would be arriving as had to go out, it arrived 10mins later. Fantastic customer service and really friendly driver.
Would highly recommend.
