Janis and Spartacus did such a spectacular job! They were swift, efficient, and had great communication with us. They helped us move from a 2nd floor flat to a 1st floor flat about 10 miles away, they came prepared with blankets, padded sheets, packaging wraps and doorstops. Altogether, an excellent and professional service, but most importantly, very reliable at an affordable price. 100% recommend.

Janis and Spartacus were the ideal movers: flexible, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our moving day as stress-free as possible. Janis visited our flat before giving us our quote, and was always in close contact about his availability when our chain was trying to agree on a moving date. On the day, both he and Spartacus managed to be impeccably careful with all of our belongings but also highly efficient in clearing our top-floor flat, even when lifting heavy furniture down two flights of stairs. They were patient as we waited for keys, and put us at ease when organising everything in our new home. My wife and I cannot recommend them enough, and we will always be grateful that they made our move so stress-free!

Yannis and his team are complete professionals - from planning to execution. There was literal help on the day with extra boxes and packing what we couldn’t handle. He brought more guys than we agreed just to make sure it happened and as he knew better than me what I really needed (no extra cost). They took extra care with making no mess and broke down and assembled a number of daunting bits of furniture. I would also highlight the flexibility because they really worked around our life which was so appreciated with a two young kids. If there was a sixth star he would deserve it.

An exceptionally good experience, worth a detailed report.
Removals companies vary greatly: from a "man with a van" to some high-price nationwide establishments. Yanchuks are different: this is a small-size (just one big van, although I might be mistaken and they have more - we just saw one) but a very high-quality operation, led by the owner Yannis who is smart, careful, and mindful of what his clients want (even when they, the clients, not fully understand what they want). They are very well equipped, not 'saving' on tools and supplies - so your house (carpets, walls, and the furniture) will be totally protected: I didn't even realise how many of such tricks of the trade exist to preserve your favourite possessions. They adjust the size of the crew to the size of the job, so it's done fast - but not overpriced. They will disassmemble and re-assemble your furniture if it does not fit through passages, and this is done quickly and carefully (so nothing wobbles after). I cannot recommend them more highly, whether you have a small job, or a major house move.
