I've used these guys 3 times over the past 7 years. Yesterday they moved our possessions from London to Birmingham in a Luton van. Gabriel managed the move and not only knows his work extremely well, but also has a great 'bedside manner' with customers. I was feeling very stressed and he strolled in calm, friendly and reassuring. Whenever I had concerns (ie the risk/fear of a specific expensive item being taken by an opportunist walking by the van or worrying about the lift breaking), all I had to do was share my concerns with Gabriel and he would listen, validate and respond with a solution. Sounds like a simple skill, but often people gaslight and dismiss your concerns rather than support you in them. We really appreciated that.

They arrived on time, which is challenging for a moving company. And they were very strong. We have a lot of stuff. Far too much. Those guys worked extremely hard and this move took hours.

The price was excellent. The cheapest one I'd come across for such a move. Great value for money.

If you have delicate or expensive items, be sure to pack them carefully and bubble wrap them to hell. While these guys are careful, a few knocks and bangs do happen when they work at speed.

All in all, this company is my go to, and will continue to be so. I always have a good experience with them and am very grateful for finding them.

Excellent service, can’t fault it. Second time Wayne has helped me out of a fix. The driver Claude was great too. Wayne is easy to contact, and quick to respond and always incredibly helpful too. I also think it’s an excellent value service too. Highly recommend!

We used Wayne and his team for a removal (house move) and total house clearance. It was worth every penny - Wayne and his colleagues were professional, helpful, flexible and friendly at every stage of the process. They are a really jolly crew who clearly work well together, enjoying what they do and it made everything that much better. Without hesitation I'd recommend XIX logistics to anyone. Also a bonus they were able to do all this on a Sunday. Big thank you to Wayne and all the guys at XIX.

I am compelled to write this positive review as I have just had the most exceptional service from this company. I had sold my sofa but it was a tricky pick up as it needed to come out of a raised ground window. The guys did not even flinch when assessing the situation and in the time it took me to take a deep breath it was out and gone, being carried to the truck by the one guy single handed! I think I have just met Batman and Superman in their civvy clothes, they really were superheroes. Everything about them was commendable, they were polite, friendly and respectful and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough - Thank you!

We found XIX Logistics on a Facebook page where a previous had client recommended them. We had loads of questions and nothing was too much trouble for Wayne. He responded to everything we asked, to get us ready to move.
It took months for us to get a moving date and then it fell through two days before we were meant to move. Wayne was totally understanding about all of this.

Then we got a new date lined up quite quickly. Wayne and his team arrived on time, brought all of the packing materials and packed for us. This was spread over 2 days as we had to complete at 10am. They are real professionals, get on well with each other and obviously enjoy their work. They were all completely relaxed while we were waiting outside our new property for a couple of hours, to get the keys.

Wayne and his team took a huge amount of pressure off us by doing the packing and their attitude made a stressful day, much less stressful. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Booked these guys for a move which wasn’t a long drive. However it was a bit lengthy coming in and out of the flat- the lift to the van was a bit of a distance and we had several items including furniture. The men were super helpful and worked non stop to move everything without a complaint or a break. They deserve every goodness, ensuring our move was smooth and we’re happy to help. Would recommend these services to anybody! They’re fantastic
