Wish I could give zero stars.

Absolutely horrendous customer service.

XDP were due to collect a large parcel to be returned.

I arranged the collection for 21st February and was informed it would be collected, with a 3 hour window emailed the morning of collection. Not ideal, but I arranged to be in for the entire day and awaited the email to confirm collection slot.

No collection slot came.

I attempted multiple times and in multiple different ways to contact their customer service department. Eventually after several hours of trying, being repeatedly kicked out of their online chat, including an agent ending the chat mid conversation, I received an email from the customer service department to say the collection slot had not yet been assigned and would be emailed once it was.

I have still received no information about it and when my parcel will be collected.

It is impossible to talk to a real person ( except over very slow email exchanges), and the entire customer service department seems to be one woman called Sarah Jane.

XDP refuse to speak to you over the phone unless you are a direct customer.

Truly the worst customer experience I have had ever with a delivery company.

This delivery service is an absolute joke. Not only do they fail to deliver to the door, but they dump parcels in random spots like under apartment buildings, leaving them completely unsecured. It’s lazy, careless, and shows zero respect for their customers.

What’s worse is that they seem shady as hell. Drivers have been signing for packages themselves and taking them back, which feels like outright theft. This isn’t just negligence—it’s borderline criminal.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this service at all costs. They don’t care about you, your time, or your packages.

Would give 0 if I could. Item scheduled for delivery today just a text message saying "you're next" I'm waiting for my item then receive a email saying "unable to find you" and "Please be aware that our driver will not be attempting delivery again today as your item(s) are now being returned to the delivery depot." the driver had not made any effort to even call for directions seeing other reviews everyone seems to be the same. I click on the tracking a see an attached picture of some houses which aren't even anywhere near where I live so assume to driver being lazy. I have paid over £200 for this item and have been waiting 3 weeks for delivery. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING of a delivery company.

Awful experience! Ordered a radiator which was dispatched the next day (looked promising). Courier company XPD still has the radiator almost 3 weeks after dispatch.... now waiting for a refund from Elegant Showers which could take up to 7 days. Will never use ES again. Avoid any company using XPD

Disappointing service. I would avoid at all costs. If a company uses this courier there is a chance you won’t receive this order. They make E*** seem like saints.
I purchased a product in December and I was advised that the delivery company XDP would take 3-5 days. Im a fairly patient person and didn’t chase or make any contact following the time frame of 3-5 days passing. A month later XDP marked the item as delivered despite never actually contacting me or delivering the product. I spoke to the seller of the item and their view was that the item was marked as delivered and provided a screenshot of the tracker provided by XDP. I contacted customer service for XDP to find some answers and they were incredibly unhelpful. I asked for the complaints process and this was dismissed at each request. I will never ever again order from a company which uses this company, XDP, for their delivery.

Awful. As with a lot of others, I received a two hour time slot, but they never arrived. Tracking was never updated until 8:30pm stating they had attempted delivery. Blatant lie, as I was sat waiting for it and have a ring doorbell. The provided a delivery photo of absolutely nothing, just a white screen. What is the point of this? I would say avoid at all costs but it’s often not a choice, but rather delivery roulette. What ever happened to “just do your job”

reading the opinions of others I am terrified by what I am reading because I myself have been waiting for two weeks for my high-value package. first my package was in the warehouse for several days because apparently the carrier could not count the labels after my intervention the service office assured me that the package would be delivered on Thursday I took a day off work especially so as not to miss the delivery the package did not even leave the warehouse the next day I received a message that my package had just left the warehouse and that it would be delivered after 10 pm which already seemed strange to me because who delivers packages at night and I was not wrong. every now and then I checked the tracking and the courier had strange long downtimes between deliveries, one lasted over an hour, the other was in the middle of nowhere in a nature park but somehow it was slowly approaching my delivery, just before the end of the slot I got an email that I was next, I checked the map again and the courier was 40 miles away from me and in a completely different city, although a moment ago he was right next to my city, after 10 minutes I got information that the package would unfortunately not reach me, it was Friday so now I have two additional days of waiting.
