Awful company. Do not use or use any retainer that uses XDP as you will not receive your goods.

Goods supposed to be delivered by Friday still haven’t shown. No updates, no response to emails, live chat keeps you on hold for hours to only be told that they have “no idea when it will be delivered, just expect an email when it’s out for delivery”

Will be cancelling my order with my retailer and ordering elsewhere. Shambles of a courier.

Ordered some drainage supplies and the company used this courier. I had a message with tracking details on the day of delivery. The driver also called to let me know he left the items at the side of the house as I wasn’t home.

I can’t comment on other people’s experiences but mine was fine.

Driver never knocked the door or left any card while we were sitting waiting.

Re arranged delivery and still not received item. Trying to contact them as non existent

Item marked as delivered and signed for Not at my address nor any of my neighbours, they won’t answer and enquiries regarding the matter which means I’m potentially several Hundred pound out of pocket I can honestly say this must be the worst courier company there is if your thinking of using them DONT IT WILL BE NOTHING BUT HASSLE AND FRUSTRATION

Horrendous company to deal with, zero communication, cancelled a delivery on me and no follow up, don't respond to emails or any other format. The app crashes everything you use it. How is this firm still operating. Abysmal. Would give zero stars if possible.

Absolutely incompetent. Ordered through Very for a bed, had a notification from XDP with the consignment stating 2 items to be delivered on X date. They were a day late and only delivered half.

Organise a return through Very and XDP can't even do that right. 3 times Very attempted to get them to collect and not once did they contact us or even attempt to collect.

It's clearly a known issue at Very as they say that if XDP don't collect after three times that arrange with Arrow XL and it is guaranteed to be collected.

Cannot contact through web unless your a business. No one answering the phone been trying all day worst return experience I've ever come across. They advertise saying we've got you absolutely rubbish. I wouldn't use them personally but as it's a free return I don't have a choice. I think the company I bought my product from new id have problems trying to send it back.

If there was choice for no stars that would be it, unprofessional, lying and leaves parcels overnight on van. Driver don't even attempt delivery but claims I missed it. When asked when I will receive it I was told not for another day as left on the van overnight and now has to be returned to depot first and only after the following day it can be delivered. What a joke!
