Horrible service! This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve kept my B&Q-ordered sofa in their depot for two days instead of delivering it as scheduled. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it never did! I even took time off work both yesterday and today, only for it to still not show up. The tracking system is useless, and customer support is non-existent. Absolutely terrible experience!

Absolutely appalling service never had a delivery company with zero communication. Anyway I was suppose to have next day delivery so tracked and it's been in the delivery depot for 2days now. I don't have a clue what's going on as communication is zero. Rated 1 star ⭐ as I can't give zero like there communication.

What an experience. I had read the reviews and braced myself for the inevitable.

This morning, I had awoken with that kind of dread you feel when you know things are going to go tits-up and there's nothing you can do about it when my phone gave me a notification:

"Your order is due for delivery today."

Great. Not even they have the confidence it will be delivered.

I got on with my day and was making a coffee when the commotion began.

Firstly, the driver had the audacity to call to let me know I was next on his route.

Then, when I went outside to greet him, he saw my walking stick and said I should stay where I am.

The bloody cheek of it all!

He proceeded to carry my parcel (30kg, may I add), all the way up to my apartment, by himself.

If he hadn't have then made off with my wife and kids, I would be giving this a full house.

In all seriousness, I wanted to leave this review to perhaps balance the influx of terrible experiences people have had at the hands of this company to show they are also capable of doing the job rather well.

I had an email to say my parcel was coming. I even had a text message asking me to sign for the parcel that I had not received yet. I waited when I saw a van that wasn’t at my address just about to drive away. I waved they didn’t look they left. then I get an email saying delivered well it wasn’t delivered. I have tried to contact the delivery company the sender and B&Q marketplace. No response From delivery company or sender and B&Q just passed the book with a few lies chucked in. absolute pathetic performance from all parties involved

Terrible service was expecting a delivery today was told 3.37pm latest it’s now coming up to 5pm
Communication is terrible.
Tracking the driver now and he’s getting further away from my address what a shambles 👎

I took a day off from work specifically to be home for this delivery, and I have been waiting all day.
I received a notification stating that I was not home, which is completely inaccurate. I have been present at my address all day and have not received any attempted delivery.
This is unacceptable, as I have rearranged my schedule specifically for this delivery.

Worst delivery company ever, I dealt with a lot of couriers before, but this is awful.

They tried to deliver my parcel at 7am, without any previous notice or any time frame, nothing. They tried to ring me at 7am but I'm sleeping, as a normal human as that are not social hours, they put the blame on me for not answering my phone after a really unprofessional call back from myself.

I still don't have my parcel and I'll claim the money for the delivery back as this is the most unprofessional company ever.

Awful awful awful company. Their tracker is useless - they recieved my goods on Thursday to deliver them on Friday from Wickes. Wickes can't get an update from them and there is no sign of my items nearly 5 days later than the agreed delivery date. Avoid at all costs!
