Got a single pallet of wire mesh on an 18T driven by Tom from the Poole Dept. Restricted access and awkward site. Tom did a top job getting to the site and even helped get the pallet away from the drop off. First class employee, make sure you treat him the way he treats your customers

The company said they would deliver my item on Wednesday 30 Aug, I waited in all day and at 5pm I called to find out how long it would be and they said it had already been delivered this wasn't true, she said she would try and contact the driver, but came back to me to say he had left for the day and my item wasn't been delivered and would have to wait until today but would be delivered between 8-12, I'm writing this at 14.30 and still no delivery. There excuse is that they have a relief driver on who is very confused and doesn't know the area, she had to call him to find out where he was (I though these big companies used special trackers) when I called earlier they promised it would be delivered within the hour that was at 1pm. I hate lies and broken promises, I just want my delivery!!! Will all again now and see who other tales they can spin! You can decided if you would want to use this company!! I know I wouldn't.
