Beware of Wurth Sales Reps visiting, leaving samples and then apparently invoicing them.1 year after the visit we receive a solicitors chase letter for £145, called Wurth twice and was promised a response, as yet nothing. Strangely enough, the Sales Rep is no longer working for them.....

I have used Wurth UK ltd, since 2000, without any major problems. The only problem I can see now, is they have done away with the actual rep,(a real person) and moved over to tele. sales.

This is a mistake, in my opinion, as I mainly makes sales on site / on the spot, this is how the motor trade has always worked.

Other than that good products, well packaged ans fair pricing. And since their sales have dropped a little , Now free postage. Ideal! Thanks again!

We are a garage that has bought products from Wurth on multiple occasions. Every single time we have ordered additive bottles they have been poorly packaged and arrived to us damaged. I have expressed my concern with the local rep each and every time to no avail. A company that wants its products displayed on garage shelves with dents and dings all over its bottles clearly doesn't care about its reputation, this is why I have decided to stop using your products and have gone back to Forte. Hopefully you guys can resolve your packaging issues which isn't extremely difficult or expensive to do. Please send someone to collect your products that have just been delivered and refund our money. Thanks

Im not sure if these kind of coments get passed on to area managers or even the staff themselves but I hope this does.
Having used Wurth through our local rep Jeff Ferguson for as long as I can remember. I called him late yesterday in a panic needing a spark plug thread repair kit for one of my own toys, he ordered it saying it would hopfuly arrive Monday. Today I get a call & its Jeff, i think the worst but no, Jeff tells me that its at your croydon depot and he is personaly droping the order to me. What a star and exactly why we still use Wurth.
An example to everyone who trains customer service.

IAM ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMER BOUGHT AIR RATCHET FROM THEM ITS GOT FAULT AND LUCKILY IT HAS THREE YEAR WARRANTY AND IAM WAITING IT TO BE COLLECTED FROM THEIR COURIER FOR COLLECTION I WILL SEE HOW IT GOES AND WILL CHANGE MY REVIEWS ACCORDINGLY

Good products but expensive , dealing with the sales team or online is the worst company that you could deal with no central office all working from home you can waste hours on the phone
