Very very poor delivery service, order a delivery paid for it to he delivered am on the 4 th no contact from them, ring the supplier on the 5th 8 am to find out where it is , they turn around as say driver will be there by 12 . 12 comes I ring they say 2 , 2 comes I ring them they say drivers 10 mins away . Half past 3 the driver turns up , he was rude from the get go . Stay well clear from this company, absolutely shambles .

A WRINGS HGV was parked on the footpath on Bath Road GL53 7JX @ 11.25 this morning Sept' 5. I was using that footpath and crutches! When I asked the driver why he was parked there because I had never seen that happen before, he shouted that he was on a "taci" break, I'm guessing that means tachometer? There must be more suitable parking places, our footpaths are bad enough without tons of lorry adding to the problem! I want a response to this post Wrings Transport!

Parked overnight here.
It's good.
Real helpful guys on traffic desk.
Nice flat yard with allocated bays and pretty quiet at night.
There's a drivers room with a snack and drink vend(40p a cup).
A hot shower (switch opposite the door).
A few things that'd help night out drivers would be a microwave or at least a kettle or urn(can't beat a proper brew not vend first thing) and a mop to clean out the shower after would be good.

Driving for Goldstar we used to have 5 parking bays rented out to us at Wrings transport in Avonmouth.

Place always reminded me of a decommissioned nuclear power plant.

All was meant to be secure until one day some wag drove a tractor unit into the yard and pulled one of our shipping containers out, laden with 25 ton of pure aluminium ingot for export to Greece.

Needless to say Goldstar don't park there any more?

Very high standard of work with staff who are clear communicators, as well as being knowledgeable about their business. Not many drivers manage to stay for long, but those who are allowed to stay will generally be there for a while because the systems for working are clear and the expectations of the clients can be met through delivery of high quality training and attention to detail. Recommended.

It's just a yard where multiple companies store their overflow trailers.
Easy to find easy to get into, might have to give a little toot on the old horn to get in if the barrier is down. Other than that its a yard what do you want from me?
