Life saver - okay, that may be a tad extreme, but they were open when most other Post Offices were closed on 30th December (Monday 2024)!
Great friendly service. A hidden gem.
Definitely going to be noting this one down for future reference.

I took a parcel on the 30th November that I wanted to send to USA, I paid £24.00 to be sent by Evri, on the 20th December an Evri delivery driver delivered the parcel back to me, the USA address was covered with stickers, I called the post office and was promised a call back, to date I haven't received a call, can't find a phone number to speak to a human being. The lesson to be learnt, DO NOT use EVRI !!

I went on the phone and rung this place. I started singing the Postman Pat theme song, and the man actually liked it. Props to him for encouraging my hellfire. He's genuinely really nice.

I'm confused. It is one or five stars, that makes no sense. I work there. We try our hardest to please all customers in the shop or the Post Office. If there is a queue, I'm sorry but queues. I don't know anyone that works there currently that is not the nicest person. Happy New Year! X

Absolutely appalling service. Two nights in succession I had to wait while he processed a stack of parcels recorded delivery he had the other side of the counter with no other customer in sight. Paid 1st class recorded delivery & 3 weeks later neither parcel has arrived. This isn’t the first time it’s happened but will certainly be the last. When you walk through the door parcels & boxes are everywhere. Looks totally disorganised. I’m now out of pocket & have the hassle of trying to claim through Royal Mail😡

Agree with previous negative comments regarding lack of customer service and rude non existent personality of the current owner. Why chose to do a customer facing role when you clearly have no social skills? After several visits and received nothing but a “can’t be bothered attitude” I now use a Post Office further away as I feel he doesn’t deserve my custom!

Owner is horrendous. Clearly doesn’t like anyone who isn’t is own background. Very very slow. Rudely talking on phone and stacking shelves whilst a 3 person queue stands in a freezing cold door way. Never had a good experience in here since new owner.
