Fantastic service from Matt! I went in with the intention of completing part of my dreaded return and ended up with Matt supporting me patiently with the whole process (including helping me with getting the tape I needed, printing out my return label and alot of advice for a returns-hating consumer like myself). I’m not satisfied with the service. I wanted to drop off a very small parcel, which already had a paid and printed label from a franking machine. However, the lady refused to accept it because the label was printed two days ago. I explained that the Royal Mail website says parcels can be posted within seven days of printing, but she didn’t listen, even after I showed her the website on my phone. In the end, I had to pay again to post it. Please ensure your staff are properly informed.

Very rude staff. The employees before them were very polite, but these two guys currently working are extremely unprofessional. The post office should change them immediately if it does not want to lose customers. It is like they deliberately want to make an uncomfortable situation.

Staff don't know about the parcel's correct weight or the price and when they realise it is their mistake they behave rudely. Very limited knowledge about Royal Mail pricing. They are in the post office to serve customers, but they act like it is their home. No manners, no customer service. They do not know what customer service is. How do people like this get jobs in the post? They need training for sure.

Lack of customer service, too much chatting behind the counter. Very cramped on the end with crates of beer blocking the end counter. Please and thank you goes along way, and just a simple sorry for your wait would help. Won't be coming here again
