Nearly run over with one of your coaches on the grounds of Marine hotel Troon, Tuesday 27th August, 10pm. Driver bombing it in the grounds of thr hotel, just missed both of us, we had to run out of his path....Driving far too fast! He should not be on the road!!!!

Accommodation providers be AWARE
Company booked room ( room only no breakfast) via booking.com @2pm
2.30 pm driver phones , how do I check in ? (Check in is between 4pm & 8pm ) so self check in instructions were provided via text message.
Following morning company phone to complain no one available to give driver breakfast…. Advised it was a room only rate , clearly stated on booking.com no breakfast!

Despite being accommodated with early check in and complaining that no breakfast provided when it was neither booked nor paid for !

Driver parked up in the pick up and drop off bays at Talisker Distillery today, there is a huge car park to park in.
Woods get a grip, explain to your drivers the be a courteous driver rule.
