I’m a truck driver here to make a collection I asked to use a toilet i was directed to a filthy disgusting portaloo that had no toilet paper or anyway of washing hands afterwards needless to say i didn’t use i would rather wait till I can find somewhere fit to use the law actually says that i am supposed to be able to use the same facilities as their employees

Ok I should have read the reviews before working with these guys.

They seem lovely on emails, like a nice team, they really do. There is no one person who gets back to you so it's hard for any accountability their end.

Anyway over one week ago 6 boxes of our goods were LOST. They have CCTV footage of the goods going onto the truck and then a report at Miami but nothing else, so over a week on and our goods are lost.

The worst thing is there is zero accountability, zero explanation, I really don't get how a logistics company can lose a businesses goods and not give them an explanation.

So cannot recommend these guys.

Just had 2 wonderful Woodland employees collect a piano from me. They have made my day. Especially Charlie. He had me laughing from the start. Totally profession, friendly, hard working, pleasant lads. A credit to the company. Smiles on their faces, happy in their work.

0 ? Would be more fitting for this poor excuse of a yard . . . .

Toilets for drivers is a portaloo down the end of the yard with no hand wash or sanitizing facility. Can't use the inside toilets as its a bonded warehouse.

Staffs attitude is the usual to poor towards drivers.

Actually doesn't deserve 1 star also.. People who deal with customers are Pathetic ,illiterate, rude. Even after taking full payment for door to door delivery they will keep the goods stranded in some godown and ask for extra money to deliver it. It's a fraud company. Better to choose local transporters. We as customers should teach such people a lesson by not giving them any business.
