I can’t comment on the actual company and logistics but I can comment on the safety and driving of your staff. A arctic lorry pulled out on a small island, after I had already entered the island, and then decided to run a red light. I called the office to report it and gave details but man I spoke to didn’t seem at all bothered.

One of your drivers nearly killed me and me 10 year old son on the M6 on Friday. Moved over from the left to the middle lane when it wasn’t safe to do so and forced us over. There was a car in the right hand lane so I had no choice but to coast in the middle of the 2 lanes. At 70mph I have no idea how this wasn’t a serious crash! Your driver pulled up in traffic at the side of me later on on the journey and apologised as he ‘wasn’t concentrating’

When you kill someone don't say you weren't warned. I will be the first to go to the go the press and say the culture of your company is you couldn't care less. Contacted this company during an incident in progress where a truck was tailgating for most of a 25 minute journey. Manager on the phone very dismissive and clearly wasn't interested in checking their footage or investigating further. Very arrogant and reckless management and driver.
