The staff is very friendly and helpful, I wanted to post a box to someone and it’s my first time doing anything postal, they help me to fold the box and gave me instructions on how to tape the box to Secure what’s inside. Thank you very much team keep up the good work.

Posted a parcel here, the guy behind the counter said I could not take a picture of my parcel after he put the postage label on as it’s a “copyright issue” and surprise surprise it’s gone missing. Reported to the police along with the pictures I took anyway.

Visited the store to obtain an IDP but the staff had absolutely no clue on what an IDP is. They then provided me with wrong information and basically tried to waste time telling me different things. However, the process is very clearly described on Post Office website and they are not trained at all to provide the service. Wasted a trip and time visiting the branch. Logged official complain with the Post Office department.
