Very poor quality staff policy, they prefer to hire less staff, overwork them hence people teaming up in gangs that are discouraging the ones who stand their ground for fair treatment and the management instead of taking appropriate actions is endorsing this kind of behaviours because it is saving them lots of money. Exploitation 101!

Issues with Feeder from Distribution centres, can't contact anyone by email to resolve, poor communication throughout company, perhaps there are employment issues and they can't (or won't ) get the standard of staff needed......... seem more focused on selling than anything else. De motivating!!!!
