Fabulous Post Office. Before my move to Somerset in 2021 I visited regularly particularly to take in parcels for my family history business. I was always received with a smile from each member of staff who served me. A lovely family. Wish they were my local Post Office now!!

This is such a fabulous post office. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Even when there's a queue, they don't get flustered and take time to serve you. I always go to this post office as other local ones can't match the level of service.

The BEST post office I've ever used! The whole team there are super helpful, kind and really do everything they can to help! I have a small business and the Drop & Go service I use is such a game changer, I always trust my packages will be handled with care there! Beyond happy that they're my local post office too, a wonderful asset to Wollaston! 😀

This is by far the best Post Office I have visited in a long time! So many offices have dropped off in terms of their level of service, friendliness and ease of use.
Wollaston Post Office deserves an award to recognise their incredible work! Run single- handedly by the loveliest couple Ran and Dal! Kudos to you both, and thank you for all your help with our travel needs!

I use this post office every week, the staff are always friendly and willing to help, there is plenty of parking, and I always get served quickly and efficiently, can't understand the poor reviews maybe some people just love to complain. I will definitely continue to use this post office.

should be 0
tryning to sort out disabled car tax, what a waste of time, no help at all, april sent my daughter and had to phone DVLA, as I was told I needed a cert of entitlment, so have taken that up, only to it isn't correct apparently.

so I have paid for car tax again, I dont expect to be treated this way by a staff member.

I will not use this branch again. RUDE- INEFFICIENT- LACKING IN KNOWLEDGE - IN OTHER WORDS NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!

I asked what am I supposed to do, is where you should have replied, with what I needed to do, yes I was angry, because you had an attitude with me, and offered no advice.

YES I DID, no info given, what you have replied is rubbish, you should have given me that info when I was stood in front of you! you had my V5 aswell.

This is a great post office. The staff are always friendly and there's not often a queue. They have a great selection of greetings cards in here. Chocolate too. What more can you ask for.
