I went today to this place and the gentlemen at the gate house were rude, nervous and unintelligible. Their reason: after delivery, I received from the office only the keys without the gate pass, even though I asked the staff from office if it was needed.?

Hgv driver. Dreadful place, they ignore you at goods in even though you press the buzzer. End up standing around for 20-30 mins. Then dealt with by rude goods in staff. Fix up

Well what can I say about this place very very slow they never unload you early leave you sitting around for ages even though they wasn't busy just left until your booking time my 2/3 hours absolutely useless the staff are inept
