A small business, where there is usually only 1 person covering the shop and post office. They always acknowledge you when you walk in and let you know they will be with you ASAP. I still get served a lot quicker than at a main post office where there is sometimes 10 people waiting and only 1 person serving. Appreciate a post office being so local to where we live!

A proper old fashioned high street and local village experience, all of the staff, including the owner are welcoming, chatty and interested in seeing you and making sure your needs in store are met.
There aren't many of these local shops about anymore and like the decline of rhe high street, if we don't make a conscious effort to use them, we will eventually loose them. Thanks to you all for being there for us locals.

I visit every week, it's so nice to always get a friendly welcome. All the staff are pleased to help, if there's a small wait they always apologise. This post office is a local, lifeline and I am very grateful we still have somewhere local to go.

Very rude , totally unhelpful. 1st time I've been there.
The Sign on counter said " ask at main till for post office service" so went & asked if I could post a parcel.
He then said "WAIT" I've got customers in the shop ? Nobody at the counter ?
Hmm obviously I'm not a customer then !
Anyway I waited 10 minutes for customers to browse & get served.
Eventually he came to me & said come on then !
I'd got a pre paid parcel to just scan.
He said rudely" put it on the scale then! "
Scanned it , threw it up the corner , ' although got Fragile on it'
chucked me a receipt & slammed the window shut !!
I won't be using there again for sure ! I only went because Heath Hayes post office closed.
