Absolutely faultless. First class service from Serena and Richard when checking in and again from Emma when checking out. There are units of various sizes; mine was good value - about £100 a month including insurance, and they now have Bluetooth/App entry and tracking for extra ease and security on site. No catches when ending (short term) rental and prompt return of deposit when I emptied my locker. Thank you very much.

Pink Hippo has been taken over by WigWam self storage and they have decided to change the times I can access the units, 6am to 10pm is no good to me, I need 24 hours access. There is nobody in the office anymore, it is always closed, so the face to face customer service has gone. I have now moved elsewhere.

I highly recommend it to everyone! I’ve used this storage unit for a while, and I loved it. Access to the unit 24/7, clean, fair prices, the cctv system makes me feel my valuables are in safe. The customer service is amazing. The two sisters behind the reception, Julie and Serena are so nice, friendly and helpful. Their kindness is endless, and they knew how running the great business. I will never go anywhere else if I need storage again!

Julie and Serena have been great all the time I have had my two storage unit. Both are extremely friendly and lovely. I needed storage very quickly and they were able to accommodate my request. The ladies run a great business. They are very affordable and the units are clean and well maintained. Access to the unit is very flexible. There are no catches. I have used a number of storage facilities within the Surrey area and pink hippo is by far the best. Nothing is ever to much trouble for Serena and Julie. They both do their upmost to accommodate your needs. I cannot recommend Pink Hippo self Storage enough. Brilliant!!!!

Julie and Serena have been absolutely amazing. From the first enquiry to check out they have both been so helpful and accommodating.
