Really pleased to have this store nearby. It’s come in handy many times. They have a great selection of stock, plenty of parking and service is good. Great for interiors and also gardening.

It's got a big range of products depending on the job your doing they will likely have all of the stuff you need.
The shop is well layed out so easy to find what your looking for.
There is a kitchen and bathroom area with displays.

Very unrealiable for delivery ordered on Thursday night was told deliver would be Saturday then so say the van broke down and I was told by a manager I would get special delivery on today sunday 100% so i wait most the day to be told its tomorrow now Monday very bad service i will never order from wicks again none of the workers at Midsomer Norton have a clue

Is really handy to have this store locally since the closure of the Focus and Casswells.

This is far more DIY focused than somewhere like B&Q - but for materials it's not bad although a bit more pricey than other places.

Staff always seem pretty friendly but the main tills never seen to be open and you end up paying at the customer service/order desk - which leads to a bit of a trolley jam.

Convenient out of town location, with a big car park

Usually find wickes okay but on last visit I required paving slabs. Luckily I'm stronger than I appear as they were stored outside on a shelf above my head height. I couldn't
Find anyone on shop floor to assist so I had to lift down by myself. As I wanted several it was quite a task especially as they weren't stacked on the shelf very safely. I am female and in my late sixties,
Luckily I'm not too feeble! I would have hoped some staff on shop floor could have been available to assist.

We bought a load of laminate flooring from Wickes a few months before renovating. It turned out to be awful stuff and didn't click together. We returned most of it but now the manager and customer services are just bouncing us back and forward and won't refund the returned unopened packs. I would AVOID Wickes like the plague.
UPDATE, WE ARE NOW HAVING TO START A SMALL CLAIMS COURT CASE TO TRY AND GET SOMETHING BACK.

Thank goodness we have one. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Stock sometimes can be a bit low, but they will get things in, takes a few days.
