What a dishonest service!!! It said 2 for £25 on the website. But £30 in the basket. I wrote a verry polite message asking not to worry about having two I would only like one unless the deal still applied. The driver then knew nothing about my note and when I asked him to call back and check he refused he then also refused to give me even 1 item at full price he could only accept the only deal I didn't want to make. I feel entirely ripped off its only a £5er we are talking about but every penny counts In these hard times. They over charge for everything you'd think they didn't have to scam people.

Horrific service. Waited over 2-hours and still my order never turned up. I cancelled the order instead. Even got a call from the driver saying he would be 25 minutes. But he never arrived. Absolute rubbish

What can I say, I've used delivery services before and none compare to "when you want it" been using them a lot as all the others I've previously used have been a major let down, either running out and not having the desired drink or really slack to the extreme in punctuality. These guys give a max time of 30-45 mins and I can honestly say everytime so far it's been 20 mins if that!! I give 10/10 and say by far the best service so far. To top it off they now do the brand of cigarettes I smoke. I haven't used anyone else since I've started using this service. Overall, they do what the name implies.

wouldn't buy again and can't recommend. seller became angry and quite scary when they realised I was shopping around for other deals. kept aggressively saying they were the only late night seller over and over. this isn't true. have used another seller for half the price with a much friendlier service. I was quite scared by the person answering the phone. they claimed not to have a 70cl bottle of gin. I ended up being charged £30 for just one bottle of gin and 2 tonic waters. customer service had all the appeal of an angry 15 year old. when the delivery arrived the man in the van looked miserable and abrupt and couldn't even plaster on a smile for the huge amount of money I was spending. my advice is to buy all of your drinks in before 12am as this company is a last resort and they can get very nasty indeed. felt bullied on the phone. a terrible experience.

After 25 mins unable to get through on any of the three numbers I finally got someone who informed me the driver hadnt shown up and another one would be available in an hour if I phoned back. I waited and called back only to have the driver tell me they didnt cover my area even though I was sure they did. I went back to the website and saw that actually they advertise my area for delivery so called back. I was then informed that actually its just that he doesnt want to drive out that far as he is too busy. Disgraceful service and a shoddy organisation.
