On the 23rd May I had a letter sent to me first class by my solicitor in Weymouth, approximately 2 miles away - it was a crucial letter as part of probate. On the 29th I had to request a replacement - the letter finally arrived on 31st May.
I also regularly receive no post on Wednesday and Thursday, followed by a large amount on the Friday. There seems to be a policy of rationing the deliveries. Zero stars.

Delivery notfications were not given. Gave me 3 diffrent times for when the parcel Would come. It never came on any of those times. Was given conflicting information for when the parcel World come. Jokes

In all afternoon then got a message saying my parcel was delivered at 3-23 pm. NO IT WASN'T. This has happened on quite a few times now. NOT GOOD ENOUGH !!

First Class, aimed to deliver NEXT DAY. "Not Guaranteed Service and can take up to 2-3 days"

Unbelievable, 4 days to deliver a small parcel from the neighboring county. Apparently it was in transit for 3 of 4 days. Where in the UK does it take 3 days to drive?

have a "Sorry there is a fee to pay before we can deliver etc". It gives our surname, no Mr or Mrs, "The sender did not pay the full postage" but (assuming that it is a parcel) no sender's name. They expect me to pay on line £5 for something neither of us are expecting which would be alright if I could get them on the 'phone and ask a few questions but, of course as everyone knows, you cannot get them on the 'phone. Their opening hours are a farce so getting to them at said times, for me and my working wife, is virtually impossible. For what is meant to be a national service 'Royal' indeed they are a complete waste of time.

Here in Portwey Close the postman has not been seen for over a week now and we are very concerned as to the whereabouts of our mail.

It is now two weeks since we last had our post delivered in our post code area, Royal Mail are only interested in delivering parcels since they make more profit from them.
So they have all our letter post but won't deliver it!
I think 1 Star is rather generous.

Red slip left through door with no information on apart from our name and address and 1 package tracked ticked. No item reference and nothing else filled in on the slip, so how do I track or find out what has happened to the item? BASICS! With this level of service post people don't deserve a pay rise. Should be paid on performance, we have had so many issues with missing items. If only I could request any of my deliveries NOT to be provided by royal mail.

Put item in neighbour's recycling bin instead of nominated safe place and sent me a photo. Item not there when I got home, despite receiving the delivery confirmation email.
