For some unknown reason my post person cannot put my post in the LETTER BOX in front door.
On a shelf....on the step..so it can be stolen... its totaly illogical...just hope to see postman down my drive.

1. I was lied to about the day of delivery. 2. I call the indicated phone number - the record cannot correctly understand my reference number. 3.the office is closed in the middle of a working day and this limits my ability to collect my delivery which by the way is priced at £1200! I don't get an email that they will deliver my parcel on a different day than the agreed date... They don't call my mobile as well... Once again I am extremely unhappy with Royal Mail! I don't want to work with them, I just sometimes have to... Now I'm going to be under stress waiting for tomorrow when I don't know if they will and when bring me the package which is of high value and is for my new born child!!! This is Royal mail
