Opened at 9.00am today(Saturday). The lady was really quick and efficient and gave very helpful information, the lady done an excellent job. Servicing customer on the post office and the shop side cannot be easy? So well done 👏

I go to the post office in Garlinge instead of here. Rude muttering robotic personalities work at the Westgate 'post office'. Would not trust leaving a parcel with them. Take one look inside the dump of a shop and you will see what sort of place and people work here and know what I mean.

Extremely rude staff, have no idea how to run a post office and they humiliate customers. I’ve seen it done to others and three times in a month it’s been done to me. The owner is also ableist saying a person doesn’t look disabled is neither helpful nor does it make it so.
