This company is used via the housing association I’m with hastoe. Over a year ago I had submitted a repair for render coming off the house receiving a message and a description and a complete date still to this date still not done and on that note I have also submitted the report for it recently again as damage to it got worse due to a storm received the same thing again which now brings me to the next issue I reported at the same time 2 months ago (beginning august 2023) I submitted a report for repairs due to storm damage on a privacy screen we received the notification that it would need to be inspected and the complete date would be by 19th august it was not until a week after that date someone came to inspect my property and take measurements and inventory of what they need and I was assured by this fellow that it will not take long and so with that in mind was a bit more assured however another week past still no work done I get in contact with WMS and I was told that they have no record of the job even with the number I supplied so I had to explain what took place a week prior and that I have cctv to confirm that someone was there I was put on hold and then they got back to me after a short stint with and I quote “the person who came out to do it has not submitted the report yet and is on holiday and is not back yet for another week and we’re very short staffed and busy but promise I will be notified by next week when it is in and with details of a date” and so fast forward to that week still nothing and no work done. Over the weekend of this waiting period I had a problem with some sockets and switches and a cupboard door that i reported expecting a long delay with being busy and short staffed as I was told days prior i had someone out within 2 days for the cupboard nice chap had a chat and I mentioned about being busy and short staffed and he said no things were very quiet lately work wise and without having a rant to this fellow the cupboard was rectified in 15 minutes and the engineer then spent a further hour relaxing in the van and the day after a electrician came out regarding the plug socket making fizzing noises when i specifically said in my report that it was one down stairs one upstairs and 2 light switches that are loose but the technician just said to my partner no just one downstairs I’m afraid and proceeded to lecture him in a condensing way about that something wasn’t put in the plug properly when I’m sorry they are as I check things as a habit of my OCD he then chained the socket as a precaution (it has fixed the problem) but also he has chipped paint off from around the housing and now we have to paint it again. I got in contact again and I was told I’m sorry but we have no records of this job or anyone coming out to you so I had to reiterate everything again to then when the penny dropped I was remembered and which I was told still no report yet I will chase the man up for it and have it back by the end of the day and sent over to hastoe and then fast forward are another week nothing sent over/ no notification or contact as promised. I sent multiple emails and tried calling each and every time I contacted them about it I have been ignored or calls unanswered or not returned so I had to go back to the housing who have had to get in contact with WMS and the reply is still the same another 2 weeks later and to this day now over (2months) “report still not sent over will be with the housing by the end of the day” I’m not alone with this treatment this has been happening to my neighbor who has had to have someone brace her side of the privacy fence that was also effected by storm damage is just as dangerous and awaiting on multiple repairs that are a danger of death if they fall off and has 2 children and each and every time she has tried to call on occasion in my company has received the same response to everything I have. I’m not sorry to say that this is the most appalling service I have ever had the chance of experiencing, worst communication, lies, rude and lack of respect for the customer.
