First time using the Tobermory to Craignure. And Craignure to Fionnphort buses. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Timings were great. The staff were friendly and helpful. For a first time user. Would recommend the journey. It was a wonderful day out. Saw some amazing scenery despite the weather.

I have to agree with some of the other comments here about the price - it was expensive. However, I really liked the buses themselves - they were clean and the drivers were willing to stop anywhere along the road. The drivers were friendly and made the experience very enjoyable. It would be nice if they could run a bit more frequently though.

Our first driver to the ferry was a delight, so this is not about him. This is about the bus driver we had coming back across the Isle of Mull. He drove unnecessarily fast to the point of being reckless. He braked so hard 3 times that backpacks fell from the overhead bins and some slid all the way to the front. A lady across from us was throwing up from motion sickness due to how fast he was taking the dips and turns. We got to the ferry with 45 minutes to wait, so there was no reason he had to drive like that. There was no pleasant ride to finish the day, just one where we were concerned as to whether we’d make it safely back. He was the worst driver we have ever had. If anyone from West Coast Tours wants to know who I am talking about, I would be happy to provide the picture to you.

Great service but so expensive.
Most expensive buses I've ever been on.
Would be cheaper to chip in for a taxi.
Friendly drivers who take both cash and cards.
Travelling stated £7 each way, however it was £18.50 return from Craignure to Fionnphort, a 1hr 15 minute journey each way.
£14+ return from Craignure to Tobermory.
I fo hope the locals get a discount as this is extortionate.
They have the monopoly on this for sure so get away with charging this much.
The ferries in price Comparison are alot cheaper.
The buses are nice however.

I missed the drivers names but the guy doing Craignure to Fionnphort bus on Sunday morning was a hoot. Came from the Midlands? He’s a keeper for your service and the Island.
Buses both ways were really clean and well maintained.

I took the West Coast Motors service from Craignure to Fionnphort. The buses were comfortable, clean, and Frank, our driver, was extremely friendly and helpful and had us all very entertained the whole drive!
