Wow! What a positive response.
Some items delivered by WKB were damaged, probably due to rough treatment by the delivery company.
Their Sales Director James G. immediately responded to my letter with an apology offering replacements which arrived promptly and safely.
What really impressed me though was his and his companies prompt and positive response together with full contact information should it have been required ....which it was not!
A very good example as to how companies should respond when things don't go quite as planned.
