Becoming a constant issue now. Birthday cards and important letters not arriving (happening every year). Sometimes I get a card a full week later saying full postage not paid - for a standard envelope size card? Last time went to collect and they were closed due to a technical issue, next day the same issue. Today received another "could not deliver" card (my birthday was 6 days ago!).

total joke of a place 3 times they suppost to deliver parcel 3 times they fail to deliver pay for 48 hour delivery 2 weeks later still waighting for delivery giveing 1 star as afto dont no how place stays open and collecting my self would mean getting their befor 10 am as its only open 2 hours for collections

Online opening times are wrong. It says online "open until 5pm" but as it was abruptly pointed out to me by the person behind the counter "it tells you the new times on the door!" ... well that's no damn good is it when I've come all this way already and was given the wrong information in the first place!

Sort the online times out or stay open until 5pm as it gets changed online! Terrible customer service.

Do not use Wear Valley postal service . Always have issues, have not improved since last complaint
they simply dont care about their customers. Failed to leave parcel then left instructions for second attempt then failed to leave in safe place. Green house next to front door, postman could not see the greenhouse, wrote on card
"What greenhouse ". Paid extra for fast delivery for important medication which did not arrive on time .

The post people that Deliver at Tow Law are rediculous fold letters even when they say do not bend on Saturday I came home to letter box open a letter folded and envolope all torn. Time to bring back the 2 girls that used to deliver instead of these idiots adding a picture to show how rediculous they are my letter box is ample big enough for an A4 envolope

Terrible service since they changed open hours! It's impossible to pick up the parcel between 8-10 for people who work 5 days a week! Free next delivery delivery is not helpful at all !

Absolutely appalling service. Several times my mail has been redirected and now a 70th birthday card and present have willingly not been delivered. The email received today after a complaint last night when I was assured that it would be delivered this morning stated it has not been attempted delivery by request. This is absurd. If only there were other options to use!
