This gang are the real deal. Great products. We order the white die cut boxes regular and the product is top quality. Delivery superb. Ordered 3 lots of boxes on their Ebay Store. Received 2 lots emailed and they said would refund or send when they had more stock. Waited as said needed the boxes. No boxes turned up and ignored emails. Tried to claim through Paypal but because they had tracking for 2 parts of the order I lost. Loyal customer for years but reading feedback this seems to be a common occurrance .

I purchased 200 boxes for my Christmas orders on ebay, boxes were not sent, then when i asked for a 24 hour replacement, i was blocked from using the service and my order was canceled without refund. I managed to get a refund directly from ebay. Tried to blame own staff then courier service, but the boxes were not sent, so my frustration grew. they have also had my feedback removed from ebay even though i made sure it did not violate ebays terms and conditions. avoid and buy from somewhere else...so many other companies can provide a better service. i have the messages from ebay to prove how poor the level of communication. Oh i had to give 1 star as NO stars isnt possible
