In fairness when I visited it was very busy due to a conference but... Really wasn't great, poor veggie burger, saw most of colleagues with different meals but similar sentiment. Nice chips. Honestly felt like I was in a witherspoons

Was easy to fine but best to go with public transport parking is a nightmare even with a disabled badge. Not sure if there was a car park didn’t really have time to look around. Office its self was clean and was seen and out within 30 mins.

I booked the Premium Online service. My passport was ready in 4 days. My appointment was 9:45 and we were called in earlier at 9:20. Airport style security and the whole collection process took less than 10 minutes. Really pleased.
