This is the worst Royal Mail branch in London, and it seriously needs to be shut down and replaced with a functional one. I’ve come here three times in a week, and ALL three times, it wasn’t operating. I have no idea what the staff are getting paid for or how the shop is making any money—this has to be the worst branch in all of London. The staff is incredibly rude.

Terrible post office, refused drop off despite being in open hours

This is a bad post office. The placement of the counter means the queue is really awkward in such a small shop. In terms of the customer service the shop owners seem like they couldn’t care less and just want to move you on as quickly as possible.

I’m convinced they charge the maximum amount for postage despite what the item value might be. I’ve been to other post offices and don’t seem to get charged nearly as much.

If I wasn’t my local I would avoid.
