The opening times on Google are incorrect so I had a wasted journey trying to find a parcel that they should have redelivered as per the Royal Mail website. Hopefully this will help others before they have a wasted journey to the office.

Hopefully they can help me out tomorrow because my parcel still hasn’t arrived after 3 days waiting for it.

The package arrived on the 12th, and I applied for redelivery. I waited until the 19th, but there was no news. I searched for the exact address on Google Maps for a long time, but I didn't see it. I found it, but my computer was broken and I had to wait until the next day to check it.

I’m from Scotland and somehow my package ended up with this place. they delivered it to the wrong address after I’ve been waiting ages for the parcel after having to reschedule it cause there was other problems before. I did not put the wrong address but they delivered it to the wrong address . i checked and there is a place in Bristol where the street and door number is the same as mines but again I DEFINITELY did not put the wrong adress. To the DO, if youre seeing this I want my package and don’t tell me to contact Royal Mail cause there’s nothing they can do for me

Royal Mail is currently an absolute joke as a courier service. 4 formal complaints in the past month regarding parcels lost/not delivered/missed. I advise everyone to do the same. Written complaints are the only way to make it change, as many as possible.

My package is in this office for one week and not moving. I tried to email and phone but I didn't find anything to do this. Unfortunately, was my birthday packed, that I bought one month earlier, but I didn't receive anything. I am very disappointed with royal mail service and certainly, until possible I will never use this before.

It appears we have a postman who doesn't like to part with his parcels. Over a week ago (I was in) he left a card saying will deliver next day, he never came, so arranged redelivery for today, my son answered the door, to find another card has been left and the postman was no where to be seen. What is wrong with this person? How does a disabled person get to the door fast enough, clearly in the wrong job.

This review is for the Darwall street delivery office. It was a different member of staff that’s usually there. The guy said my parcel isn’t here and wouldn’t proceed with just my ID when the lady that’s always there accepts it as I have set the deliver office as my pick up point. He wanted to see an email. Surely my ID was enough. It was like it www such a hassle for him and he took so long only just to say that my parcel wasn’t there despite the tracking saying it was. Beyond frustrated. How many times do I he be to visit the post office just to see if my parcel is there. It’s not past the 18 days as I’m aware they return it after that.

In the end he takes my details my address and phone number and says he will contact the post man. It’s beyond frustrating and I am putting in a complaint.
