This new Walmart DC takes way to much time to unload appointment time 8am and they still haven’t even started unloading yet supposedly because they are waiting for inspection it’s already 12:00pm so if yall are coming here bring some lunch because you will need it
Update on this day I left this place at 4pm 9hours to get me unloaded
Now as I’m updating this here I am again lol unloading tomatoes appointment 4am checked in 3am it’s 10am and still here so I hope my review help all my fellow drivers to stay away from this place till they get trained well

New Walmart distribution center. They took a bit longer than usual to unload. Place is huge. No issues with space. No Overnight parking! They have a Lunch room with vending machines and free coffee! Workers were nice! Decent place

They took the average Walmart time to unload, but the staff is very friendly. The girl at the guard check and the guy at the central receiving office were very friendly! ? ?. Good place!

Wonderful people to work with. Thank Walmart for the professional and high quality service provided by the two African American ladies in the office. The unloading was within the two hours as well. Thumbs ? all the way. I would have loved to give this Walmart a 7 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. Well deserved Ladies. In addition, want to acknowledge security as well at checked in and out. Very nice people. I spent 7 hours here which is OK with me because I got a split in. Just so you drivers know, it is perfectly legal to go on sleeper birth and take a nap while at a customer. Do your split and reserve your hours. Plus you get detention. It's a win win in my book.

Pros :Newer facility, nice clearly marked truckers only lounge, honest time in and out on gate passes and friendly receiving staff.
Cons: 6 hrs unloading times, receiving doesn't know you cannot park outside gates not even for 30 minutes so you can legally move.

Super UNPROFESSIONAL scheduling team. Took all day going back and forth on when to reschedule an appointment when I left a very clear message on the first request. Then insulted me, by saying I have a "lack of skills" because something that I did not update, could not update, and was not told about until the end of the day by them needed to be changed. After that, when I gave the rep the proper information, she typed it in wrong because she was too busy listening to loud music in the background. Our appointment has now been pushed over a week due to their incompetence.

I had a 5:30 am appointment on my BOL they said no its 5:30pm on the computer. When checked in I was given door 108. They changed it to door 103 then couldn't find me to unload now calling me a work in. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Missed my next load. Walmart doesn't do anything to help the Drivers. A one day load turned into a two day load lost money hauling to Walmart
