I had a terrible experience with my recent freezer purchase. I waited over five weeks for the delivery, and when it finally arrived, the freezer was severely dented and damaged. I reported this issue, and they arranged for three additional deliveries, but each one was also dented and heavily damaged with moist buildup.

As a customer, I had the right to refuse a damaged item, especially after paying full price for a brand new freezer. The following day, I received a call from a lady manager whose name I won't disclose. Unfortunately, her customer service was unacceptable; she accused me of being abusive and rude. Now, I'm still waiting for my refund. This entire experience has been a complete waste of time, and my money has yet to be refunded.

Worst company to order a refrigeration from! Been waiting for a delivery over 3 weeks now! Sent in emails/ calls no response at all. Spoke to the manager SARAH who was absolutely USELESS, I don't know how they call themselves managers when they have 0% customer service. Everything is okay until they take your money but when it comes to delivering the goods no response at all! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WALLS REFRIGERATION SOLUTIONS! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

Walls must have SO many happy customers that actually responding to enquiries isn't worth their while. I've emailed several times, phoned a dozen times and always get told 'someone will get in touch with you asap' Worst Sales department EVER!
Zero stars would have been generous.

Wasted lots of money because of them. Have been calling them to purchase a Soft cornetto dispenser machine and was told on several occasions that the sale team will get back to me and NEVER got a call back , wasted weeks of potential sales because of them. Shame on these guys, hopefully a manager will read this and deal with these sales guys.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Have been trying to get in touch with walls for a new unit but keep being told that ‘someone will get in touch with you’…..no one has ever got in touch and this has been going on for 2 YEARS!!!! I hope someone from management sees this and does something about it!

If I could give no stars I would, this company is a mess they never return your calls, they are keen to take your money but don't supply the goods and there is no complaints procedure. I will never use them again
