The first attempt at delivery there was no message or email about delivery on that particular day, so I was not at home, it was Friday. Then we agreed that the parcel would be delivered on Tuesday, I live on the first floor, I am a thin little woman, and there was a boiler in the parcel, the driver said that he had to unload it from the car and should not carry it anywhere. He did not react to a friendly request for help. In any situation, a man should be a man first and foremost, and secondly try to understand the client, such behavior is unacceptable in any situation.

Delivery from Castleton depot bang on time,very helpful and polite driver who had the common sense to ring me when he was having difficulty finding our address. Very good experience and much better than a lot of couriers/drivers.Will use again for sure.
