I have had a total 3 pallets delivered to my house by Walkers. What can I say, the drivers on both occasions were courteous, polite and very helpful, nothing was too much bother for them. Really good local business.

We were a bit suspicious when the sales Rep told us Walkers have "Award winning customer service". However we have used multiple transport and courier companies over the years and they are noticeably better than anyone we have previously used.

There are too many examples to mention. But Hayley, Kelly, Jenna and Graham have all been excellent in resolving the various issue we have had over the years. They are a credit to Walkers.

Have had several heavy (c1000kg) deliveries of stone. They have always been on time, friendly and helpful. Our driver today 3rd May 2024, Bernard was fantastic making a delivery to my mums (87) and calling me to check everything was ok before dropping pallet. He is a credit to the company and I would definitely recommend them.

Cant do ,talker the talk but dont walker the walk they never deliverd my goods on time ,no communication and when I rang it was my fault because they were busy

Our projects can be pretty stressful as we have a huge number of pallets to dispatch in a short period of time.

Their online portal is really easy to use and the team in the office - Hayley, Kelly, Graham and also Gary in sales were fantastic with us.

When you're working at lightning pace on an important job - you just need to know that someone has your back, and that's exactly the vibe we got from their team.
