I came because it was stated that you were a garden centre, but just a few plants outside the front left us feeling disappointed. A garden centre you are not. However a great place to pick up the DIY needs and I heard they do a cracking baked potato!?

Walkers is a brilliant place to visit. There's a fantastic range of hardware, paints and wood treatments, garden equipment, and garden care. There is also a really good home section with candles, ornaments, false flowers, and other ideas to choose from. The café is the best in Dunoon. Table service, friendly staff, and really nice food. They also cater for gluten-free on request, just ask the staff at the counter. The shop and café are really clean and inviting. There is also an outdoor seating area when the weather is nice. There is a free car park, which can be busy, and easy wheelchair access from a disabled parking area. One of the easiest 5 star reviews I have awarded.

Reduced my 5 Stars to 2. Too many times, the food is burnt & dirty. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, don’t serve it. If you charge a lot of money for it, it should be of a higher quality than you would make yourself. The only reason it’s 2 stars, is that the staff and store are very good, just avoid the cafe!
