Disappointed. My family has consistently tried to visit the Vulcan over the past couple of years to see my grandma’s name on the wing, but each time miss the ballot. When we try to reach out to organise a private booking or receive advice on how best to book before the slots go, we are either met with silence or rudeness. All we want to do is go and pay tribute to something my grandmother loved, but the team here have been very unhelpful. Should I finally be able to visit I might reassess my review, but until that point I have to go off the experiences my family and I have received. They have since got back and told me I should sign up for the newsletter to get dates. This is something I have done and still struggle to get them, sometimes within an hour of the newsletter going out. This place has a problem that it’s not willing to acknowledge.

Lucky enough to see XH558 up close and personal by booking a talk and tour of the aircraft. Highly recommended! Very interesting and amazing to be that close to the last Across Vulcan to fly as unfortunately it was grounded forever last year. I'll miss the howl and the sight of seeing it fly
