Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Used them for a few months to store stuff whilst we were having our kitchen remodelled.
The system is so easy to use and the 24 hour access is fabulous. Meant we were able to root round on christmas eve trying to find our pots and pans to cook our Christmas Dinner.

There is plenty of parking and plenty of trollies available. The premises are well lit, secure and clean.

The team at Viking are extremely friendly and helpful, from checking in on first day of my booking to checking out at the end they have been very accommodating and informative.

The whole setup process with Joe was thorough, informative and made sure I knew exactly how everything worked before allowing me off to do my own thing.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team.

The units are really clean, and the design of the corridors and the supply of carts to move stuff around makes moving in and out effortless (until you get to your van).

Clean and modern storage facilities. All staff really helpful and approachable. We needed to add another small unit to help us with a house move and they accommodated us quickly and even found us a unit opposite our larger unit. Easy to use access points including out of hours. Really helpful that they have plenty of trolleys (big and small) to help move your things.

We didn't want to have to use storage with this house move but given that we needed to in the end we were pleased we chose Viking.

Exceptional customer service from Joe and team. Made moving a breeze as didn’t have to do all in one day. Was much cheaper than hiring a removals van and because we didn’t need the lock up for the entire month received a refund! Wasn’t expecting that. Secure facility access 24/7 fully alarmed. Cannot recommend enough. Will use Viking again should the need arise.
